Applies to manuscript docx types (research / review / editorial). Unchecked = not generated. Figure = ≥600 dpi schematic + legend; Table = methods/summary table.
Enter a keyword or a source (paper URL / PMID / DOI / citation), and/or a NotebookLM URL. A keyword is routed to a PubMed search by hermes; a source is ingested directly. Required only for a new project — continuing an existing project (editorial work or extra instructions) needs neither.
Choose whether to work only with the provided sources, or let hermes augment with additional literature from PubMed / the web.
Results are grouped by this name. Reuse the same name to keep related documents in one folder.

⚠️ Send to Claude runs claude -p directly on the server with
--dangerously-skip-permissions — it auto-approves tools, writes files, calls MCP, and consumes tokens.
A task file is also saved under dashboard/tasks/pending/.

Status is auto-refreshed every 8s and inferred from file modification time (a heuristic), so confirm the final result via the download list.
