Getting started
Playbook
The user-facing guide — what to do at each step, from the moment your data goes in to the figure that ends up in the paper.
What this is
This is where we write down how to actually use contextBio's services in research — AURORA · PepDesigner. It is a sequence, not a feature list: which data to put in and in what shape, which numbers in the output you can trust, and where to look when you get stuck.
The docs come in three sections
| Section | What is in it | Who reads it |
|---|---|---|
| Playbook (this one) | Service introductions, how to run them, analysis guides | People using the services — no login |
| Research | Research directions in progress and the reasoning behind them | People after the context — no login |
| Wiki | Implementation specs — modules, paths, wiring | People building and operating it — admin login only |
The switcher at the top of the left sidebar moves between sections.
Where to start
If this is your first time, start with Quick start. Fifteen minutes is enough to run the example data end to end.
If you already have data, skip ahead to Preparing your data. Most of the reasons an analysis fails are settled at that step.
What to trust here
These pages describe only what is reproducible. Numbers that appear in one version and not the next, intermediate results edited by hand, and estimates nobody checked are left out. Where something is uncertain, it says so.
