Research
Where contextBio is digging right now — four research directions and how each connects to the services.
Topics
Each card opens that topic.
The first four are not separate subjects but one line: read position in tissue (spatial biology), move the cell's response onto a model (virtual cell), lift it to the patient level and run the trial first (virtual hospital), and design the molecule to put on the targets found along the way (peptide drugs). The last two are where that line arrives: hospital-developed therapeutics, where the product reaches the patient, and integrative cancer genomics, the data foundation it all stands on.
Peptide drugs carries two sub-topics — generative binder design for the design methodology, and immunomodulatory peptides for design against an immune network. Both sit indented under that page in the left-hand contents.
Where research meets the services
Each topic page has a "What contextBio does" section that marks the spot. In short: AURORA handles reproducible processing of the raw data, and PepDesigner does molecular design.
What to trust here
These pages state research direction and rationale — they are not a list of working features. What a service can actually do today is defined by its Playbook page.
Topic pages get rewritten as new data and new models arrive. Check the last-updated line at the foot of each page.
